Shipping and delivery

IntegraSmart Tech's own physical products ship within the United States only. Rates from available carriers are quoted through Shippo at checkout, and you choose one before paying. Supplier products can ship to a destination only when the specific variant, quantity, warehouse and shipping route are confirmed. A country appearing in a selector does not guarantee that every item can ship there.

A mixed order may arrive in separate packages with different carriers and tracking numbers. Available estimates are shown before payment when supported by the provider; they are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. We do not invent delivery dates or promise worldwide shipping.

We must have a reasonable basis for the shipment time promised. If no shipment time is stated, the applicable US rule generally requires shipment within 30 days. If shipment will be delayed, we request the required consent or offer cancellation and a refund for unshipped goods. Outsourcing fulfillment does not remove the seller's responsibility.

Review the destination and contact details before payment. International duties, import taxes or clearance fees must be disclosed when known; they are not presumed to be included. International availability also requires applicable product and consumer compliance, not just a carrier quote. Air Radar licenses are delivered by email, have no physical shipment and no shipping charge.
