INTEGRASMART HOMES LLC
Shipping
Shipping from Texas
Physical products ship from the United States. Shipping options depend on the destination, packed weight, dimensions and carrier availability. The charge must be shown before payment.
International orders
For delivery outside the United States, order through our Etsy shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/IntegraSmartHomes . Etsy shows available destinations, shipping and applicable taxes for your order. International orders are placed and managed on Etsy, under the policies shown with the listing. Other customs charges may apply depending on the destination.
Delivery and tracking
Carrier transit estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Preparation takes 2 days before carrier transit. A tracking number is assigned when a label is created; that does not mean the carrier has received the package. If an agreed shipment date cannot be met, we will contact you about the delay and cancellation options.
