Optional cart reminders
If you sign in and opt in, we save your cart, email, language and reminder preference. We send one reminder after 24 hours of inactivity, at most one every 30 days, and stop after a purchase or when you unsubscribe. Its personal 10% product discount expires after 7 days and is bound to your verified account and one checkout. Shipping and taxes are excluded. Turning reminders off does not stop order or sign-in emails.

Information we use
We process the name, email, shipping address, contact details and order information you provide to quote shipping, handle purchases and provide support. Account access, when available, uses a temporary email link.
Public product reviews
If you submit a review, your chosen public name, star rating, comment, date and optional board model are visible to visitors. We verify purchase eligibility using your account and paid order; your email and order number are not shown with your review. You can edit your review from the product page after signing in. Contact us for privacy concerns. Reviews may be hidden for spam, abuse or exposed personal information, regardless of rating.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website and its data. Stripe handles checkout and tax calculations; Shippo and carriers receive the information needed to quote and fulfill shipments. When email delivery is enabled, its delivery provider processes recipient addresses and transactional messages. Card details are entered at Stripe; this store does not store full card numbers.
Cookies and storage
A cookie remembers your language. A secure session cookie supports signed-in accounts. Your browser stores cart items locally. Security and hosting services may process IP addresses and technical request data to protect and operate the website.
Your requests and retention
Use our contact form to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity. We retain records needed to fulfill orders, meet accounting obligations and resolve disputes; applicable legal retention requirements may prevent immediate deletion.
