Scope and eligibility
These terms apply to applications for our planned US technology seller program. You must be at least 18, based in the United States for this program, able to sell the proposed goods lawfully and authorized to represent your business. Provide accurate details and comply with /terms and /marketplace-rules.
Approval is not sales activation
The owner may approve, reject or suspend an application. Approval does not enable listings, sales, messaging or payouts. Applying is free; do not submit bank details, SSNs or identity documents here. Sales will require secure verified onboarding and an effective seller agreement before activation.
Planned fees and promotion
The planned commission is 5% of product sales after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes; payment processing fees are separate. Application or approval does not authorize a charge. Optional promotion will require a disclosed price, clear Sponsored labeling and separate authorization. Promotion is not available for purchase yet.
Products and fulfillment
Proposed goods must be lawful, authentic, safe and accurately described, including condition, compatibility and defects. You need rights to goods, photos, software and descriptions. Recalled goods, counterfeits, stolen devices, malware and unauthorized keys are prohibited. Inventory, delivery, returns and support responsibilities must be defined before sales open.
Verification, taxes and buyer data
Identity, payout and tax-reporting requirements depend on law and the provider. Sensitive verification must use approved secure onboarding, not support messages. Marketplace sales-tax collection is distinct from seller income-tax obligations; this application does not claim registration, remittance or reporting is configured. If selling is activated, use buyer information only for fulfillment, support and lawful duties, not unsolicited marketing or resale.
Future agreement and decisions
Refunds, chargebacks, fee adjustments, payout timing and seller responsibilities must be disclosed in the effective seller agreement before any third-party sale. Ask about application decisions through /contact. Accepting these application terms does not authorize future charges or accept undisclosed future terms.
