Privacy notice

We collect account contact details, delivery and billing addresses, orders, support correspondence and acceptance records to provide the service, fulfill purchases, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Access and security logs may include technical identifiers. Do not send bank details, identity documents or tax identifiers in ordinary messages.

Card details are entered in Stripe's payment interface; we do not receive or store your full card number. Seller identity, bank and tax verification should use the designated secure onboarding flow. We receive operational identifiers and payment status needed to authorize, capture, release and refund payments. A processor's identity checks do not replace all of the marketplace's legal obligations.

We share necessary order and address information with the identified seller and the fulfillment supplier or shipping provider for that order. Our infrastructure includes hosting and private backups in the United States and Cloudflare network services. Payments use Stripe; shipping rates and labels for our own products use Shippo and the selected carrier; selected supplier fulfillment may use CJdropshipping. Order and account emails are sent through our transactional email provider to the address you give us; Air Radar activation codes are issued and emailed by our licensing system to the order email address. Review services are used only when configured and disclosed in the relevant flow. Service providers may process data in other countries.

Essential account and cart storage enables authentication and shopping. Optional marketing, advertising tracking and review invitations require separate choices where required; account acceptance does not opt you into marketing. We do not sell personal data as a source of revenue. New data uses requiring consent will be presented separately.

We retain records only for their operational purpose, required accounting or tax retention, fraud prevention or legal claims. Texas sales-tax records generally require at least four years. Deleting an account does not erase records that must legally remain. Private backups follow retention controls and may retain protected records until their scheduled replacement.

Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, a copy, or to exercise an applicable opt-out or appeal right. We verify identity proportionately and explain any legally required retention or limitation. We handle requests within applicable legal deadlines and do not discriminate for exercising rights. The service is not directed to children under 13. Tell us if a child has supplied personal data.
