Terms of use and purchase

IntegraSmart Tech is operated by IntegraSmart Homes LLC, a Texas company in the United States. You must be at least 18 and have authority to enter a contract to create an account or sell here. Keep account access confidential and contact us promptly about unauthorized use. Guests can purchase when checkout is available.

Each listing identifies the seller, product, variant, price and applicable delivery restrictions. IntegraSmart Tech is the seller for its own products, including products fulfilled by suppliers. Third-party sellers are identified on their listings. A supplier is not substituted for the seller responsible to you.

Before paying, review the final price, shipping, taxes, selected options and return terms. Card payments are processed by Stripe. When you place an order, the order total is authorized on your card as a temporary hold; you are charged only when we confirm the order. If we cannot confirm the order, we release the hold and you are not charged; your bank decides how long a released hold takes to disappear. Payment confirmation is verified by the server. An unpaid, failed or released payment does not create an entitlement to a product or license. A material availability or pricing error is addressed by contacting you and releasing the hold or refunding an unfulfilled payment where required, rather than charging an undisclosed difference.

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and the type of product and is shown before you pay. IntegraSmart Homes LLC collects Texas sales tax on taxable sales, including software licenses where Texas law taxes them. The shipping charge is shown separately from the products.

Air Radar software and its activation licenses are managed exclusively by IntegraSmart Tech. After we confirm the order, the activation code is sent by email to the address used at checkout; licenses have no physical shipment. Buying a license grants the use described in its listing; it does not transfer copyright or permit resale of activation codes, account access or issuance of new licenses. Software data availability may depend on external services. Specific compatibility and limitations must be stated on the listing.

Do not misuse the site, impersonate others, submit unlawful products or content, compromise accounts, or manipulate reviews. We may restrict unsafe activity and explain the reason where practicable. Changes to prices or policies do not rewrite completed orders. Material changes requiring renewed agreement are presented before subsequent participation.

These terms do not waive non-waivable consumer rights, remedies for fraud or rights required by applicable law. Texas law applies where legally permitted; mandatory protections of your jurisdiction continue to apply. No forced arbitration or class-action waiver is introduced by these terms.
